Job Agreements

No work can start until we have agreed on the job brief and payment before the job starts. This must be done in writing.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time you receive your images. The images are not your property until the full payment is made for the job brief.

Changing the job

Once we have agreed on the job brief, extra work will require extra charges.

Re Negotiating Work

Please be aware that re-negotiating work once it is almost completed OR completed is untenable.  All agreements stand and will be done and agreed in writing.

Extra Charges & Costs

For any job that requires extra charges such as: Entrance Fees, permit Charges, Air fares or any other travel expenses the client will be responsible to pick up those charges.

Copyright

I retain full copyright of all work shot by me unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Charges

Charges are made by the hour, half day or full day. I do not work for half hourly rates.

Postponements

For exceptional circumstances I will accept postponements within reason. Postponements must be made within 48 hours or full charges apply.

Cancellations

Cancellations with less than a 7 days (one week) notification full charges will apply.

Bad Behaviour

Abusive, threatening or obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated at all.
